Sports Rental:
As you know, gym space is a hot commodity in Great Falls. The Heisey Youth Center is glad to provide gym space for athletic teams to practice and scrimmage. This is a first come first service opportunity, so please contact us immediately to reserve your gym time. If our gym reservations become full, we will put your requests on a waiting list and call you as soon as an opening becomes available.
Rental Fees: Effective July 1, 2010 the fee for the gym reservation has been changed to a flat rate of $10.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. There will no longer be a per athlete charge. We ask that you pay at the front desk before each practice.
Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you are unable to make practice; we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If we do not receive notice of the cancelled practice the $10.00 per hour fee will still apply and need to be paid at the following practice or scrimmage.
Facility Rental:
If you would like to rent any portion of the Heisey for an event such as a birthday party, graduation party, reception or meeting place we are glad to accommodate.
Rental Fees: We charge a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per event that is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the balance at the end of the event. The rate for the rental is $99.00 per hour. If we supply tables and chairs there will be an extra $50.00 per event.
